Drivers must pass a thorough background check and receive an official police clearance certificate before they're allowed to use the platform.

Bolt drivers must stick to a set driving shift, allowing them to get sufficient rest and always stay fresh and alert at the wheel.

Before
Check that the driver’s face and registration plate match those shown in the app.
During
Our Share Ride Details feature and Emergency Assist button allow you to ride with extra peace of mind.
After
Rate your driver honestly. Drivers who repeatedly receive low ratings will lose access to the platform.
